When you buy our goods, your purchase is covered by our 24 hours money back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for postage and handling charges.
To request refund you must also:
• have taken reasonable care of the goods
• not have used the goods
• not have damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used
• be able to provide the proof of purchase
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving the goods. Just send an email to support@andrewcwilliams.com with all the details and we'll gladly process your refund within 24-72 hours of your refund request.
Faulty or damaged items?
Faulty or damaged goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded promplty under the Australian Consumer Law.
