Can I pay by Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash?
Yes, we are temporarily accepting Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash payments. At checkout, please choose email as payment option and complete your checkout. We will email you invoice from our service provider for secure Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash payment.
What does backorder mean?
You can place an order for your new item to secure your place in our queue. Once stock becomes available, we will contact you via email or phone to keep you updated on the progress. Backorders are generally made available within 15 days.
How can l cancel my back-order?
As long as your order has not yet been picked & packed and/or dispatched to you, you may cancel your order anytime; simply send us an email via online form.
What is the estimated delivery time period?
Our website provides real-time shipping quotes and estimate of delivery times with Australia Post. Estimated delivery time period for deliveries within Australia is between 2 - 5 business days. Delivery time period may vary as per the delivery option selected during check out. Estimated delivery time period for deliveries outside Australia are provided during checkout. How can l tell if my order has been dispatched?
You can check the progress of your order by entering your order details on the status page on our website. Approved orders received before 10AM are dispatched the same day. Approved orders received after 10.AM will be dispatched next business day except for items that have been back ordered.
